We
wish to thank all the Australian friends who made this wonderful
experience possible.
We will never forget what the principal, Mr Graham Nichols, Belinda,
Kaye, all the teachers and staff of Lowanna College did for us,
their kindness and generosity; and we will keep the fondest memories
of our new Australian families, our mums, our dads, our brothers and
sisters: we thank you all, and so do our families and teachers and
our school.
You offered us not only a great opportunity to improve our English,
but also the opportunity to get to know a great country, its culture
and its beautiful scenery.
We went home with a suitcase full of kangaroos, T-shirts, boomerangs,
photographs; but our most precious souvenirs are hidden in our minds
and our hearts.
They are the sweet memories of the beautiful places we have visited
and of our new friends.
We really hope we'll welcome a new Australian delegation to Italy
very soon, so that the friendship between our schools will continue
and grow.
